About the Project

Two new packaging halls, an automated warehouse building with capacity for 80,000 pallet positions for raw material storage, and a new two-storey office building were added to the existing IKEA Components facility. The transport solution covers freight and passenger traffic within the IKEA campus including parking, a new gatehouse with registration system, shelters for motorcycles and bicycles, and a bus stop. A new fire-fighting water tank with pump room, a separate pallet shelter and an extension of the press shelter were also added to the site.
