Metronom Residential Complex, Berlin

About the Project

A residential complex with a total of 12 residential buildings and a kindergarten located in the immediate vicinity of Anhalter Bahnhof in Berlin. The strict urban composition of 6-storey wing buildings and 8-storey tower buildings is spatially enriched by oriels and loggias that support the given urban rhythm. In the Structural design section, we prepared structural calculations, formwork and reinforcement drawings for the entire complex; in the Architectural and structural design section, 3 residential buildings including the underground garage.
